About me

Intro

I grew up in Essex Massachusetts, which is an absolutely breathtaking Bayou.

Having come from there was a really valuable experience. I would work construction in the summer time with my father, until I got introduced to digging clams.

My close friends and I had our hustle between semesters as marine fishers. We would work tirelessly to try and dig 200lbs of soft shell clams in a 4 hour tidal window.

Skiing

I loved skiing from an exceedingly young age. When I was just 2 years old, I wasn’t talking yet, but I would not stop yelling until my uncle put me on two strap-on skis from the grocery store. He spent hours walking me up and down the bunny hill until I was exhausted.

I pretty much retained the same energy through my teens and getting myself into terrain park skiing. My mother would drop me off at Pleasant Mtn ME and I spent as much of my teen years there as I could. Whether I was alone, with friends, or making friends, I was always having fun trying to exceed the expectations of what was possible.

Burlington VT

For an internship, Senior year of highschool, I was a travelling rep for fatypus. I went around the north east, and up to Vermont to help Fat-Ypus in transitioning their HQ from Colorado to the Burlington area.

I ended up taking business classes at Champlain College where I met a whole slew of influencial figures that inspired me as an individual. From peers at school all the way to ski legends like Jason Levinthal, there was no lack for creativity and an excitement to have fun while pushing the limits.

Burlington is great, but the real jewel is Sugarbush where the community bolsters an infectious attitude of positivity and inclusivity to skiing. The likes of which I have yet to see at any other ski resort.

Stepping Back

After having done AnyTides and closed up shop, it feels good to return to a state of appreciation.

Whenever a passion becomes a career it’s stressful. That’s why I strive to protect my inner child and what is close to it.

Being able to step back from trying to hustle my favorite industry is a blessing, and I will always appreciate that I grew to be a part of the culture that molded me into who I am.
